Information on this Site is managed to ensure it is up-to-date, accurate, and current. Due to the natural unpredictability of content and information, I cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Beautifiller Skin LLC and it's members on this site. Beautifiller Skin LLC reserves the right to change this Site and it's contents at anytime without notice.

Terms of Service

Upon agreement for paid service(s), you are: (1) offering to purchase a product/service, (2) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) representing that all information provided to Beautifiller Skin LLC is true and accurate and that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without prior notification.

Payment Terms

All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking your appointment. These will also be the booking fees for each service in order to secure your appointment. By entering your credit card information you are agreeing to this policy, no exceptions. For more information, please visit our policies page. Full payment is due at time of rendered service.

Delivery Terms

Any digital goods, such as EGift cards, will be delivered to the client via email and/or text message. It is the client's responsibility to inform Beautifiller Skin LLC of issues with delivery. Beautifiller Skin LLC cannot be held liable for digital goods that were not received, especially without notice of the error from the client.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all it's materials and content are protected by copyright laws. Beautifiller Skin LLC has paid Squarespace.com for use of the Site and Canva.com for use of design tools for logos. All other material is intellectual property of Beautifiller Skin LLC and RAEdiant LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, displayed, posted, modified, sold, or licensed without prior written consent from Sondra Soliman. You may not access the Site for competitive or commercial purposes. Any and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Beautifiller Skin LLC, as applicable.

Disclaimer of Liability

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation/transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, negligence, or under any other cause of action. The client acknowledges Beautifiller LLC is not liable for the effects, or lack there of, of their services once the client has sign the informed consent for the service.
